Add Ginger Ales (and other pots) to other shops

Ginger Ales are very good for their values especially when starting a new character or account, but they can only be accessed in a location where many players can be one-shot as not only are the monsters extremely high levelled but bulky as well (Ninja Castle). They used to be accessible via an NPC in NLC but now the NLC has stopped selling that because of the Masteria revamp. Since most stores (such as Henesys) offers potions that will quickly be useless, I would suggest adding or even replacing the 100MP or so food with the percentage pots since they are of much value in all stages of a player's progression.
