Hi Maplers,

Players who receive Maple Globe items from Gachapon between January 6 at 12:00 AM UTC and this Gachapon Update (which removes those items) will receive 1 Gachapon Ticket per Maple Globe item at a later date within this week.
There is no need to submit a ticket to our Customer Support.
