Pathfinder skills consuming too much gauge

Brief bug summary:
Pathfinder's 5th job skills seem to consume too much gauge at times. I've seen this with Relic Unbound and Obsidian Barrier so far, but other skills might be affected too.

More details:
It seems to happen when using other buffing skills before the gauge skill itself.
