Brief bug summary: Silver wolf weapon fan (from Akechi coins) anviled to absolab fan gives effect for Kanna but not for Haku

More details: The silver wolf fan (Ame-no-Uzume's Red Flower of the Wolf) gives the Akechi special effect of a wolf hovering over the character. The fan gives the effect to Kanna when she equips the fan or to Haku when he equips the fan. However, when the silver wolf fan is anviled to an absolab fan (or presumably any other fan), it now gives the effect to Kanna still but giving the anviled fan to Haku does not give him the effect (the desired result).

Steps to reproduce: Anvil Ame-no-Uzume's Red Flower of the Wolf to an Absolab Summoner (or presumably any other fan). Equip the anviled Absolab Summoner to Haku. No effect is produced (yet an effect does occur when the Red Flower of the Wolf is equipped by Haku directly).

    I'm bumping this because the same thing happened to me. I'm not getting the Akechi special effect on my Haku when I used an anviled fan for his slot.

    NOTE: FUNCTION of Arcane Umbra Fan, APPEARANCE of Ame-no-Uzume's Red Flower of the Wolf.
