Help me play the game

So, my game won't open. I don't know why, i have all the requirements but my computer screen (monitor) its actually a TV, would this be the problem? When i press play, it shows the nexon logo and after this it blinks, shows the tv config and won't open. Can sameone help me?

    The tv being a monitor shouldn't make any difference.
    Try running Maple Story in window mode by pressing alt-enter while it is loading.
