    There is going to be literally no changes to your damage output unless you were already capping

    I don't know much about Hayato
    Can someone clear this up?
    Does the removed Sword Energy cost on some moves mean they have 100% uptime on their sword gauge buff?
    Is that relevant during mobbing or bossing?
    Some skills received nerfs and other buffs, which are relevant?
