Not sure if anyone else has had this problem, but my friends and I encountered this bug a few times already. At first, we thought it was because we were talking to her at the same time, but during this run, we went in separately and it still happened. What happens is when we try to talk to the NPC Fleta to get a question to answer, it only provides the top portion of the question (picture provided).

It is a bit frustrating to go that far only to have this bug stop you and you have to start over again.
