Make everything tradeable within an account Please

First of all I think mastery books should be removed; it makes unfunded user hard to progress to 5th job.

I think it would be good if everything in one account was transferable between characters.

The restrictions makes ppl frustrated and feel like a waste when there are coins leftover not needed on the character that has the coins.

Then even if the mastery book were not removed, I can buy mastery books with coins and give it to my other characters.

Also I feel like people would spend more NX if cash inventory was shared across all the characters because you can mix and match much more.
