Add the Double the Star Candy quest every Sunday (after the Moon candy capping to 200 as it can be).

Every Sunny Sunday, add Double the Star Candy gain from Tosh the Fairy, cause I'm late thinking of gaining this quest.

    yeah I gave up because even if I did the balloon game daily it was impossible :(
