Legion is locked out for me

I had a character in the exit map and got disconnected. left it at that, logged in today and cant go into legion because it says character needs to speak with them in the exit map that I cannot get into due to wont let me start the raid to get into it.

    Hello,
    If the character stated to be in the Legion Exit map on the dialogue isn't in the map to collect the coins, please submit a ticket to our Support team.
    Our Support team should be able to move the said character to the Legion Exit map.
