there are some old items with "Scissors Usages Available"
It is also in KMS, and if you use all the counts then it becomes permanent untradeable cuz you cannot use psok anymore.
But the question is, is it also same in GMS? If I buy "Scissors Usages Available : 0" item, can't I resell?
Most of items don't have "Scissors Usages Available" atm in GMS tho :(
I hope you guys have any idea about this system.
