I, like most players past 250, use a second PC or Laptop to kish myself to train.
While I was training while MANUALLY pressing kishin once every while (usually every minute) or less if it expires sooner, my kanna disconnected, and it showed a notice that I was PERMANENTLY banned for "Botting Activities"

I attempted to contact support, the final decision by GM Kryndax (the same GM who dealt with the story I linked) was that
"(My) Access had has been removed after one or more third-party programs specifically created to facilitate illegal botting activity were detected active and in use the time the access restriction was executed."

I attempted to send more tickets, but each time I was told that :
"the ban that was placed on the account has already been investigated by a Game Master.
Because of the violation of the Terms of Service by this account, it will not be released from the ban."

They would not share any information with me regarding the ban and was told everytime "it has already been investigated"
So they won't escalate to GM Kryndax anymore after seeing he denied it once (with a copy paste answer) already
And on my most recent ticket I was told:
"Continued contact to appeal this account will be considered abuse of our support system, and may result in the removal of your ability to contact us."
SO now I cannot even appeal otherwise they will ban me from support.
This is a completely outrageous situation I'm in where I assume after it gets escalated once, GM Kryndax does not actually investigate my ban and denies it,
followed up by re-attempts of support tickets being denied because they can see GM Kryndax "investigated" the ban already.
The laptop I use for my Kanna is one I specifically bought 2 months ago to play maplestory and use my Kanna/other support characters, and has no other programs installed other than default ones and MapleStory.
Prior to this, I had been using it for the past 2 months without any issue.
I was NOT using any programs to bot on my kanna, the literal value of it is to support my main. Which I do MANUALLY.
Any actual botter would just move on and make a new account, but I am angry and still trying because there was no "illegal third-party programs" ever used.
I hope Nexon can see this instead of trying to silence me by blocking support options, actually reinvestigate the matter.
I have spoken to the player was who put in the same situation as I am now, and he has suggested that I just keep sending tickets or making posts and be adamant about the issue.
