Controller Auto Attack Not working for Kaiser

I found a thread on this from a while back, I just recently started playing again on Reboot and find I can't do more than 1 auto attack or link skill with Kaiser, as far as I know this applies to nearly every class that has these and research shows it has been like this since the Awake update months ago, I've tried on an Xbox 360 controller and now on a PS4 issue and same thing happens, works fine on keyboard, but can't attack more than once with the auto attack on a controller, is there any update to this being fixed?
