Brief bug summary: When Flying with Eka the passive skill Defensive Formation is no longer triggering

More details: When you Fly you can still use the other flying skills, but you are no longer constantly spawning birds to attack.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use Fly
2. Be near an enemy that would normally be attacked by Defensive Formation

Character name: AcornsEarsXL

Character level: 220

Character job: Beast Tamer

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: First time playing since Maintenance 4/10/2021 at 3:10 (Eastern Time Zone)

    This is usually caused by your computer and/or client. Try restarting your computer, updating it (.net framework causes issues like this sometimes), or repairing your client.

    I'm not having any issues with Defensive Formation, just to be clear.

    Thanks so much for letting me know about this! I ended up having to repair the client, but that fixed it.
