Can't enter Aspire Event despite having quests

Hello, I still have daily quests and wondroids to save but I can't use the Aspire Icon to the left of the screen to teleport to the event.

Is there a way to get there through walking? This occured today even though no new main quests have been done, it just removed the enter hideout quest for me.

    There is no physical way to get to the hideout.
    If you are in a map where you are not allowed to directly teleport out of, the quest to move to the hideout will not appear.
