Regular haircut and face coupon rotation

We are getting vip haircut / faces coupon rotation every few weeks, but ever since I came back to maple a little over 3 months ago, there haven't been a single regular haircut / faces rotation.

If you are not ever going to rotate them, can we have the old haircut / faces system back?
If not, how about a monthly rotation? Not everyone want vip haircut and / or faces.
