Brief bug summary: Cannot progress silent Crusade after Starling's proposal

More details: I've completed Starling's proposal, after that i started another quest taken from Bestille i killed skeleton and got disconnected. After that i couldn't go back to supply warehouse to finish quest.

Steps to reproduce: After i was disonnected i've got transfered to town and couln't go back to supply warehouse map. I've abanddoned the quest but i didn't help. Now i cannot take this quest again or get into supply warehouse.
