Brief bug summary:
Spinel in Henesys allows you to warp to the same maps as if you ended up in Spinel's Forest

More details:
Spinel, which I believe, is currently serving no purpose in Henesys allows you to warp to the same maps that you can warp to if you ended up in a map that doesn't exist in the game anymore (which sends you to Spinel's Forest to allow you to warp anywhere).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Henesys.
2. Talk to Spinel.
3. Warp to any town, for free! Hyper Teleport Rock who?
