Tossed the blackwing badge- not able to do quests

It's been three years since I played, got caught up in side questing and leveled very quickly. I needed new gear and started doing quests more for my level, and left the Silent Crusaders line behind not remembering how important is it to farm Crusader Coins. I tossed the blackwings badge and now cannot re-enter the area to turn in quests and finish the line. Is there anyway to the chimera boss, etc. without the blackwings badge?

    i don't know about any silent crusade quest requiring such an badge but that could be me. have you tried forfeiting said quest and retrying to complete it?
