Bug type: quest disappearance

Brief bug summary:
I was following the Aran questline and when I finished the quest "Find the key", I went to leveling and got my 5 job. Then the following quest doesn't show up. According to Maplestory Wiki, I think the next quest should be "The Lost Seal Stone of Ellin Forest"? Does anyone have the same problem? Any help is appreciated!

More details: I've completed all pre-quests and mounts quests, and I've checked the light bulb on the left side, but got nothing.
