Jett's Strikeforce Showdown Has a Cast Delay

Brief bug summary: Jett's 4th job skill Strikeforce Showdown has a very noticeable attack / cast delay when it activates right as you stop attacking with Starforce Showdown.

Strikeforce Showdown is a skill that activates at a 10% chance while holding down Starforce Salvo, working as a Final Attack-type skill of sorts. There is no delay / cast animation when Jett is holding down Starforce Salvo, but if Jett stops using Starforce Salvo right as Strikeforce Showdown activates, there will be a noticeable delay / cast animation that occurs. This cast animation lasts 930 milliseconds at a normal attack speed, and is identical to the Corsair skill Blunderbuster. The delay keeps Jett from moving for a brief period (which can be detrimental while bossing, as it has gotten myself and other Jetts killed before).

The main solution to this would be to
remove the cast animation / delay for Strikeforce Showdown altogether.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Hold down Starforce Salvo when fighting a monster / boss, and stop using it right as Strikeforce Showdown activates (may take a few attempts, best to test on a dummy). Note that there will be a delay, as shown in the video above.

At 0:35 and 0:54 in the above video, it occurs. What Nexon needs to do is remove the cast action entirely (labeled as doubleBarrel).
