Issue with Cadena's skin color

More details:
When creating Cadena and choosing any skin color besides light, after the intro movie plays and we cut to her ingame sprite it's always light no matter what color is selected in creation.
I tried relogging, changing channel, and even closing the client to see if it's a temporary error and it's not.
This has happened with every Cadena I've made on different servers each.

Steps to reproduce:
Just make a Cadena character and choose a skin color besides light, then wait and see.

Character name: NerdAndDork

Character level: 84

Character job: Cadena

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: Unsure, either 6/19 or 6/20 2021, don't know the time either.

    Joining this with illum.. creating him with albastar skin results in him created with clay skin

    When you mention the sprite, are you referring to the images of the class that appear in the cutscenes (such as this)?

    Or are you referring to your actual character?
