NL - Wonderberry pets

Make the wonderberry pets account bound at least for NL players. Due to our gambling law, we can’t trade them - but surprise box items are at least account bound. Would be great to have this applicable for wonderberry pets too. Have a whole bunch for my mules, but they are currently untradeable…
