Afterlands Questline Glitch

My burning adele was doing afterlands and one of the key item quests didn't come up and I've finished the storyline but I can't actually complete it because I am unable to unlock all the locks since I am missing a key. I believe it is the lightning key that you gain in the children's world. If you could just give me the totems or give me the key, that would be great because I can't complete the story and get the reward since I never got the lightning key quest.

P.S.
I have another character by the name of Joyboy that needs the extra keys as well, he has completed all the storyline's quests but can't receive the totems either since I can't unlock all the locks on the Beginning Door on that character either.
