Missed DMT because the game is launching

I tried all day yesterday. I tried everything that they suggested online and I still missed my DMT day. I'm making an official post before I try to log a ticket but what can I do to get back in the game?

    Hey, I had the same problem too today and I was not able to use my 100 black cubes. I already logged a ticket. Did they give you another time for DMT?
