Quest Specialist Medal Bug

Hello,

The quest that gives the "Quest Specialist Medal" is not working properly, any character that is level 30+ can accept the quest from the medals NPC and automatically complete it (and obtain the medal) without having to fulfill the 800+ completed quests requirement. I am not quite sure when this bug started but after checking, I can see that I have this medal on three of my Bera characters (Hero, Cannoneer, and Bowman); the common thing is that all of them didn't complete more than 300 quests and the medal was obtained at different times.
