Beast Tamer SP contribution change

In the newest KMS patch, '+ All skill levels' potential on Hat has been removed, this will lead to a giant impact on Beast tamer main because we are unable to max all our skills, so + All skill levels is a very important stat for us. In order to help Beast Tamer max all essential skills, apart from giving more SP, I think there is another way to do so.

Firstly, please remove the SP requirement to unlock new skill due to its inconvenience, level restriction is enough to make sure that player can not access all the skills too early.
Secondly, a reduction of max level of every skill is needed, so I suggest that you should decrease the maximum level of each skill by 5.
Finally, to ensure that Beast Tamer can learn all of their skills (maybe not max all), let each skill have 1 level at the beginning, this also fit the storyline better (the four animals accompany with Chase on her journey, so why she could only be able to learn skills of 3 animals?!).

I made a calculation and realized that by applying all the above suggestions, we can max almost useful skills, this will improve the experience of players while playing Beast tamer whether as a main or a mule. Of course, these changes can not break the balance, we can only be above the average a bit on DPS chart.

Beast tamer is already one of the least played classes for main characters, would it really hurt that much to make it able to max all its skills?

I can't imagine it would even begin to scratch the surface of how strong Kanna is, nor would it be op compared to non gms-exclusive classes, it'd just give the class more gameplay variety.
