Luminous Story Quest Line- second augury

I am not sure if this a bug or I am just missing something. However for the second augury quest, it says I need to go the deepest end of gold beach. I go to the last portal for Captain Darkgoo, but I get the message saying I did not do the perquisite quest to enter. However, I only have 1 quest at the moment and it is this quest. What is the prerequisite or is this a bug? I read quite a few people mentioning they had bugs for the luminous quests. Please help I am going insane.
