Champ Charge Rework [BT's 5th Job Skill]

So basically Champ Charge is so bad right now that Beast Tamers only get 3 5th job skills instead of the proper 4 like everyone else.
It needs a complete overall of this ability, but it be cool to keep an element of the animal choice decision making in play since that is pretty cool and give Beast Tamers a skill that helps them in an area that they lack. This rework idea will also push Beast Tamers even further into a support class than they already are as well to cement that identity and further cement their animal abuser tamer ways!

CHAMP CHARGE:
(Value are placed at skill level 30.)

Select one of your four animal friends, Fort the bear, Lei the snow leopard, Eka the hawk, or Arby the cat to be summoned creating a spectacle of a show and to continue to fight along side you afterwards!

Skill Cooldown: 120 seconds

Fort the bear will perform a grand slam to deal 1,000% damage 10 times to up to 15 enemies and binding them in place for 15 seconds, the same target cannon be bound again for 90 seconds.
Afterwards, he stays for 120 seconds to swing his hammer every 4 seconds dealing 500% damage 15 times to up to 6 enemies and grant Chase his passives. If Chase is in Bear Mode or All Together! Critter Crossing! is already active, then these passive are doubled.

Lei the snow leopard will perform a grand somersault to deal 1,000% damage 10 times to up to 15 enemies and reducing their defense by 100% for 15 seconds for Chase and her party members.
Afterwards, she stays for 120 seconds to spin around furiously dealing a continuous 300% damage 2 times non-stop and grant Chase her passives. If Chase is in Leopard Mode or All Together! Critter Crossing! is already active, then these passive are doubled.

Eka the hawk will perform a grand spectacle of a thousand feathers in a massive area around her to deal 1,000% damage 10 times to up to 15 enemies and causing them to take 20% increased final damage by Chase and her party members for 15 seconds.
Afterwards, she stays for 120 seconds to burst out 30 feathers around her each stopping at the first enemy it comes in contact with to deal 300% damage 1 time every 2 seconds and grant Chase her passives. If Chase is in Hawk Mode or All Together! Critter Crossing! is already active, then these passive are doubled.

Arby the cat will form a magnificent tree that heals Chase and her party members by 50% HP every second and remain in play for 15 seconds causing them to become invincible to all attacks except for those that deal percentage health, decreasing the damage those deal by 50%.
Afterwards, he stays for 120 seconds to throw out a ball of yarn every 2 seconds to deal 200% damage 10 times to up to 10 enemies and heal Chase and her party members by 50% HP that the yarn passes through and grant Chase his passives. If Chase is in Cat Mode or All Together! Critter Crossing! is already active, then these passive are doubled.
