Spectral Blast doesn't show up in v skill tab

Brief bug summary: Illium's 5th job skill Crystal Ignition has a reaction skill tied to it called Reaction - Spectral Blast that procs when you're either hitting your crystal with the laser or when you're in Wings of Glory. It used to show up in my V skill tab just fine but recently Reaction - Spectral Blast has just disappeared from it. I've tried restarting the client, un-equpping and re-equipping the Crystal Ignition node, and equipping a new Crystal Ignition node, but Spectral Blast is still gone from the skill tab. It's not like the skill hasn't been removed because it still shows up in my battle analysis.
