Unable to receive compensation for SSB Gender-lock
Hello,
Has anyone been able to claim the compensation for the SSB issue via Maple Admin (the 2 options for either Maple Points or the opposite gender item)?
https://maplestory.nexon.net/news/69672/ssb-gender-locked-item-issue-compensation
I'm not seeing any new option when talking to Maple Admin. I know my account fits under the "Accounts that Purchased SSB Items" category and have received gender-locked items before within the April 22, 2015 through August 27, 2021 at 11:59 PM PDT timeframe, but I can only remember about a few gender-locked items that I still have in my inventory. I'm sure there were more that have been sold or destroyed.
I also noticed that all of the previously gender-locked items in my inventory
have had their name changed at some point (idk when) and no longer reflect the "(M)/(F)" gender lock. For example:
- "Well-Deserved Vacation Hat (F)" became "Violet Well-Deserved Vacation Hat"
- "Cobalt Filigree Oxfords (M)" became "Cobalt Filigree Oxford Shoes"
(there are more)
I wonder if this name change effectively exclude these items from being considered for compensation, even though they were gender-locked at the time the SSB was opened.
Posting here just to make sure I'm not being silly and forgetting something and to see if anyone else has the same issue.
Thank!

Comments
In the past, items that were actually gender-locked had "(Male)" or "(Female)" in their names, while "(M)" or "(F)" were recommendations.
Recently that was changed, and now it's always "(M)" and "(F)" regardless of whether there is an actual restriction. Quite confusing, to be honest.
I assume the names of your items were changed to avoid this confusion and make it clear that they were gender-neutral all along.
