Can't claim chaos root abyss rewards after killing

ingame - boss reward

Brief bug summary:

Can't attack boss reward box. Can't seem to equip any other items from inventory. Can't turn off pet to stop it from consuming pots. Forced me to leave the place due to time. Can't go back because it was a weekly run and it counted as my weekly run.

More details:

all cure potion also consumed as this consistently goes on

(anything not included in the other sections of your report)



Steps to reproduce:

1. Clear chaos root abyss boss (So far I did Chaos Queen & Chaos Pierre)

2. Change familiar to other set

3. Try to equip items, can't equip items from inventory

4. Tried to normal attack to break open box, can't normal attack to break open box

5. Attack won't even go through. But other skills work.

6. Can't interact with any other item in inventory

7. Can't interact with equipment window
