Amaterasu's Spirit Axe Drawn on Wrong Layer

Brief bug summary:

Amaterasu's Smoldering Spirit Axe of the Wolf appears on the wrong layer when idle. It's drawn on top of the player rather then behind it. If it was intended to be drawn on top of the player then the player animation used isn't matching because it's not being held. It's not a huge issue though, there's probably more important things to fix.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Equip the Amaterasu's Smoldering Spirit Axe of the Wolf weapon.

2. View your character, it should be visible in the character info window as well.
