SP Issue on Jett after the update

after Capoo Update, and still on 26 October Maintenance, Jett getting issue of Extra SP cuz of his buffs become passive in 2nd job and 3rd job
im getting 20 extra sp in 2nd job and 3rd job cuz of those passive buffs, but after this maintencance, the 4th job has been fixed
also jett is getting an extra bugg slot skill of Votrex Cross that doesnt do nothing
