Change Font Color reset

Not sure if everyone else is experiencing this but myself and a few friends noticed our font color settings keep resetting every time we log in. It gets very confusing to know which chat is which based on the colors, especially on reset settings there is two chat that uses the same color on mine. Also, I do save these settings so not sure why it keeps resetting after every login.
