Unable to log into NA Reboot

Whenever I try to log into the NA Reboot server, I'm getting an error telling me my account is already logged in. Tried this a number of times and when I finally was able to get to the character select screen, the game could not establish a connection and went right back to square one.

    NA Reboot has been experiencing issues since 12:00 AM UTC. The issue is being investigated, but the servers will remain down to minimize the damage our NA Reboot players may experience during the crashes.

    I have the same problem in NA , when I try to pick a channel I get an error telling me my account is already logged in. and then I get a message that I must exit.
    I play in reboot , but I have the same problem in all the servers in NA.
    It seems there is no problem in EU.
    please help me.
