Dutch Reboot, I'm not recieving levelup rewards.

Im not recieving the levelup rewards or the pet bundle on any of my tera burning chars from this event (except for the first one (main event) which is different from the 3x dutch reboot).

I should met with the requirements, because I am able to claim the 3x tera burninators.

I have looked at the Maple Administator multiple times to see if it works if i reached either lvl 30 or lvl 100, but still doesnt work.
i also checked the side pannel with the quests/events/etc list and cant find it there either.
