Luminous Legendary Augury quest

I am trying to do the questline for luminous which is Legendary Augury. It prompts you to enter Golden temple and defeat Ravana to get the crystal. However, I can't seem to enter the theme dungeon temple to do that. Is it bugged or is the temple closed for good?

    The augury quest is Level 115 for some reason, but the entry to Golden Temple is now 130+.
