unusually long wait for game client to launch

I am not sure where I can even begin here. But is anyone else having a long wait for your game to launch after the recent update? I already submitted a ticket a day ago and next to reinstalling the game nothing they suggested have helped yet. I am at my wits end here.

    Longer than it was before, yeah. Also some maps give me incredibly low framerate. Constant 1 fps or lower. Dream defender and Hungry Muto are literally impossible.

    thanks for responding. But this issue started after i got the last update. I'm trying to listen to the ppl on the support team but no dice so far. I even went as far as to try to reinstall the game. I miss playing.
