i believe that for some reason i have a character that is prevented from having a soul enchanter dropped.
many times after i defeat a boss there will be an open space between items' like i cant see a certein drop. more over different characters are often getting a drop while leveling and befrore reaching level 100, how ever the character i am talking about is above level 200 and yet to get a drop (doing dailies with that character for a while now)
