Update/Revamp For Forums

I don't know exactly what it would entail for the forums to be updated, but at the very least I'd like to recommend letting us organize posts by time of post, recent responses, total views, etc. Especially with recent events, it's important that the forums are updated so that players don't feel that this is a useless medium for communication.
