[EUReboot] Dutch Compensation Rewards unclaimable

The dutch compensation rewards have been unclaimable for the last 2 weeks again or maybe more, this has happen before and got fixed after one of the patch updates.
2-3 weeks ago it became unclaimable again.

    I already figured out that i wasnt able to claim the compensation because my burning ran out.
    it would have been fair normally because i didnt claim before the burning ran out, but i wasnt able to claim 90% of the time i had burning because of the bug.
    which left me with only like 5 days to level the 3 burning characters to up in order to claim my rewards.
    the reason i didnt level them up before is because i was waiting for my rewards (fafnir set).
