BT: Hawk Mode: Attack Formation and Fly Tweek

A small change to Attack Formation and Fly for Beast Tamer's Hawk Mode to help smooth out its gameplay while offering the same gameplay experience in a different way.

Fly:
Cooldown reduced from 60 seconds to 1 second.
Duration increased from 30 seconds to 60 seconds.
This is now a toggle skill, duration is not infinite to avoid AFK abuse scenarios because Defensive Formation is a passive skill that is only active during Fly.

(Aids in farming/training sessions since resetting Fly's cooldown can be a pain against non-boss mobs. Aids in transitions for certain bosses, Monster Park, Maple Tour, and certain story quests as well since transitions will take you out of Flight.)

Attack Formation:
Passive effect changed from reducing Fly's cooldown by 0.5 second on-hit to...
Applying a stacking debuff on-hit for 30 seconds that increases Defensive Formation's, Baby Bombers', and Tornado's Final Damage by +1% stacking additionally 30 times for up to +30% Final Damage.

It offers a similar playstyle, but with more options for the player and plays a more active role on the player with keeping track of the debuff duration rather than falling out of flight because duration ended.

Plus, boosts Beast Tamer's damage to be more in line with other classes and upcoming changes that boosts every classes' damage further. Hawk damage always felt lacking for a mode you got to work for and maintain.
