Can t scroll Sengoku Badge with atk event scrolls

Bought some accesory 100% atk scrolls from the Black Bean shop at Maple Live Map, when trying to use them on my Sengoku Hakase Badge a window would pop up stating that the scroll can t be used on that item. Scroll description states that it doesn t work on shoulder accessories, but not on badges.
