Familiar tier up issue

Hello MapleStory Team,

I believe there may be an issue with the rate of tiering up familiars. I'm trying to tier up from Epic to Unique. The last time I check the success rate is around 30-40%. However, I spent around 1K5 familiar cards and does not even have 1 success. This is statistically not viable.
It would be great if you can take a look at this.
My character is FiendForLink in Reboot World.

    Even if it statically not viable, because it not impossible, it's gonna happen to somebody.
