Name change coupon crashes my game

I just bought a name change coupon on 2/14/2022, but when I try using it, it crashes my game and it expires on 2/22/2022

Hello,
This issue where the game client disconnected when players attempted to change their character name by talking to Mr. Newname was fixed during our maintenance on February 17. Please let us know if you still experience this issue.
