Ursus Shard banner shows up doesn't match count

I got three notifications today that I got Ursus shards. When I went to get them I got one shard. So either the banner is wrong or the shard count is wrong.

    The banner is just to remind you that you have soul shards not collected.
    It doesn't mean you got another shard.
