[Lara] don't get the Quest from Starnotifier

Steps:
Complete Nexon ID Yeti x Pink Bean Stepup Mission
Log in on an Lara Character-> Check starnotifier

    There is currently an issue where Lara can't claim Pink Bean and Yeti Step-Up rewards.
    You can claim the rewards on another character and move them to your Lara through storage.
