There are so many popular games that use the "Pass" system nowadays, such as Clash of Clans, Clash Royale, Rise of Kingdoms, AFK Arena and many more. It's basically two reward rows(columns), the first row is free and contains some items, the second row is $4.99~$9.99 and contains much more items.
I do think Maplestory should have a system like this, to make low-mid spenders progress somewhat faster, and here's my idea:
