Is there any chance to get Adele/Kain damage skin?

Hello, I am from Reboot NA,
I wanna have the Adele/kain damage but I found they are not updated in the Job Selective Box during the major event, event the newest one is Hoyoung's.
So I wonder is there any chance to get them? Thanks!
